Filmon Berhe is Assistant Vice President and Counsel for the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit. He presently has responsibility for the coordination and closing of commercial real estate transactions ranging from single-site to complex national multi-state, multi-site transactions. Filmon recently coordinated and closed the largest real estate transaction in the history of Fayette County (Lexington), Kentucky.

Prior to joining Atlanta NCS in 2014, Filmon was Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. at their corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was responsible for management of contract, policy and coverage disputes and litigation for commercial and residential real estate and title insurance matters. Prior to joining Fidelity, he gained valuable experience as corporate counsel and in-house counsel working as lead attorney on business matters, contract disputes, construction and civil litigation for large corporate clients.
Filmon has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.
