Prior to joining the Atlanta NCS, Filmon served in a variety of roles for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. at their corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was responsible for management of contract, policy and coverage disputes and litigation for commercial and residential real estate and title insurance matters. Before joining Fidelity, he gained valuable experience as corporate counsel and in-house counsel working as lead attorney on business matters, contract disputes, construction and civil litigation for national corporate clients.
Filmon has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007 and is active in professional associations including NAIOP and ULI, and is an avid contributor to the United Way and the American Cancer Society.
